RESEARCH ARCHIVE / No. 1 Danzhai gold tailings
Danzhai existing-line validation and new-line research
PROJECT MATERIAL SNAPSHOT / Project material snapshot
Explain agreed mine quantities, continuous-production and expansion conditions, distinguishing project-party references from verification items.
This page preserves the project webpage information as of 2026-10-05. Material version 2026.09.30 / V1.1; webpage archive and original material dates are listed separately. Parameters, proposed arrangements and conditions requiring verification retain their wording at the time of archiving.
01 / Ore volume, gold output and costs: separate measurement bases
01 / PROJECT BASIS Ore quantity, gold output and costs, with separate measurement bases. Current evidence consists of project sponsor financing materials. Original contracts, test reports and continuous production records still require verification.
Materials state contracted ore volume of 1 million wet tonnes: Danzhai ore-source contract scope; contract copy not attached in this batch. Contract minimum delivery: 700,000 dry tonnes; materials state that the supplier supplies shortfalls, with specific responsibilities governed by contract. Sponsor gold-output reference: 0.8 grams/wet tonne, a test and trial-production reference requiring continuous-production validation. Total cost modeling assumption: RMB 550/dry tonne; expense coverage and measurement bases await unified financial verification.
Existing-line validation and new-line expansion: Sponsor materials position Danzhai Mine No. 1 as operating validation and expansion based on existing lines. Research focuses on stable gold output, continuous throughput and actual records from production through sales collections. Confirm project scope and rights scope separately. Materials list Mine No. 1's agreed operating scope for old and new lines. Financing authorization, processing cooperation and income accounting require formal documents; other ore sources or group long-term plans are not automatically included.
Source basis: No. 1 Gold Mine-Supply Financing Proposal (2026.09.30 V1.1), pages 2, 3, 5 and 11. This page compiles research and has not established WISER ASSET's project rights from these materials.
02 / Trial production references, stable production targets and design capacity
03 / CAPACITY & VALIDATION Trial production references, stable production targets and design capacity. Figures of different types are presented separately. Design capacity and target output must be validated through operating records.
Existing-line trial-production reference: approximately 300 dry tonnes/day · Sponsor reference; continuous trial-production records require verification. Existing-line stable-production target: 500 dry tonnes/day · Target, proposed to be validated through activated-carbon adsorption cycles. Proposed additional production-line design capacity: 1,500 dry tonnes/day · Validate after construction, acceptance and ramp-up. Nominal combined capacity after expansion: 2,000 dry tonnes/day · 500 target + 1,500 design; not achieved throughput. Capacity research requires continuous-operation data. Construction is planned for approximately 3 months after funding is in place. Equipment, installation, transfer drying and feedstock support jointly affect capacity; photographs and single-batch trials do not establish continuous full-load operation. Nominal full-load assumption: 700,000 dry tonnes ÷ 2,000. Corresponding processing duration: 350 full-load production days. Add construction, ramp-up, maintenance and supply fluctuations separately. Remaining volume basis: deduct volumes processed before new-line commissioning.
Material basis: PPT pages 6, 8 and 10. The 350 full-load production days are not a calendar construction period, investment exit period or collection deadline.
03 / New production-line financing and expense arrangements
05 / CAPITAL USE New production-line financing and expense arrangements. Shown according to the PPT's proposed budget. Construction expenditure, intermediary services and operating working capital are checked separately.
Proposed total fundraising / RMB 15 million. Special financing for the new line at Danzhai No. 1 mine. Construction and cash intermediary fees are both included in this round's proceeds; actual entity relationships, financing authorization and project-specific rights depend on formal documents. Construction RMB 12 million / 80%: equipment procurement, installation, construction and commissioning, related formalities, transfer, drying and transport facilities, acceptance and trial operation. Internal budgets, payment milestones and acceptance evidence require further detail. Cash intermediary fee RMB 3 million / 20%: financing intermediary service fee; payment conditions, milestones, taxes and service evidence follow formal agreements. This is not additional equipment construction budget.
Evidence: PPT pages 2, 9, 17 and 22. Sources and continuity of production operating working capital require separate explanation; this page does not present proposed return distribution terms as effective rights.
04 / Further research: what evidence is needed for validation?
06 / RESEARCH EVIDENCE Further research: what evidence is needed for validation? Separate the PPT's stated information from evidence requiring verification. Update research assessments after continuous records are established.
01 Ore source and delivery: The PPT states that 1 million wet tonnes are contracted, with minimum delivery of 700,000 dry tonnes and shortfalls supplied by the ore supplier. Verify contracts, ore ownership and delivery terms, and update collected, processed and remaining volumes. 02 Gold output and testing: Sponsor reference: 0.8 grams/wet tonne; batch tests cannot guarantee a minimum across the entire stockpile. Link batch testing, continuous trial production, actual gold output and material-metering records. 03 Production lines and construction: Existing-line trial-production reference: approximately 300 dry tonnes/day; stable-production target: 500; new-line design: 1,500. Check equipment, acceptance, operating hours, downtime causes and feedstock support. 04 Costs and expenses: RMB 550/dry tonne is a modeling assumption; original materials mix wet- and dry-tonne bases. Align feedstock, logistics, processing, taxes, disposal, financing and capital-expenditure definitions. 05 Entities and accounting: The proposed financing entity is Defeng Solife Holdings Limited; authorization and project-rights relationships remain to be established. Confirm contractual relationships among signing, collection, processing, sales and income-payment entities. 06 Sales and collections: Test and sell the metal plates after they are produced; actual distributable income depends on collections and contractual terms. Check testing, sales contracts, collection vouchers, inventory and the corresponding accounting period.
