Review Danzhai project research
01

Resource evidence precedes valuation estimates.

Contract scope, sampling locations, gold content and moisture determine the starting point of analysis. Interpret test results in their specific sample and measurement context, progressively establishing the project's resource evidence.

02

Processes and operations determine how resources are converted.

Create traceable batch links from loading at the ore source to receipt at the plant. Actual recovery rates, stable throughput and costs require continuous trial production and operating records.

03

Ongoing disclosures tracking Danzhai project progress.

Check each stage's materials across No. 1 project ore supply, logistics, processing and operating records, tracking actual progress and outstanding items.

02 / ASSAY EVIDENCE

Every grade result,
Each has a specific sampling location.

Gold content is the tested value for the corresponding sample. The dry/wet bases, sampling representativeness and original reports for the two new data groups require verification. Moisture and gold grades are listed separately, with no direct conversion or averaging with existing reports at this stage. Tested gold content and actual process gold output are verified separately.

Tonnage at each node reflects the actual material weight at that location; moisture changes during drying and transportation. Do not subtract these three figures directly to infer inventory or losses. Actual inventory, processing, gold output and distributable returns must each be verified against the corresponding documents.

04 / GOLD VALUE & COST

Conditional core gold-business model and full-process costs

Conditional calculations use the same 1 million tonnes of raw material and the mean of three original samples. The 10 newly added testing records are listed separately and have not yet entered the baseline model.

Estimated dry-equivalent quantity666,967 tonnes

Average moisture 33.303333…%; technical conversion, not an additional delivery quantity

Conditional fine-gold quantity489.442 kilograms

Uniform dry-basis grade of 0.863333… grams/dry tonne, assumed recovery rate 85%

Conditional sales revenueRMB 489.4424 million

Assumed settlement price of RMB 1,000/g, with all estimated gold assumed saleable

Revenue less entered costsRMB 57.4424 million

Missing expenses not yet deducted; not net profit or distributable cash

Cost itemFull-cycle entered amount / RMB 10,000Allocation / RMB·feedstock tonne⁻¹

Estimated taxes1,80018.00
Equipment depreciation or construction-investment allocation3003.00
Intermediary and other project fees6806.80
Entered total43,200432.00

Entered costs total RMB 432 million, equivalent to RMB 432/feedstock tonne over 1 million tonnes, or approximately RMB 647.71/dry tonne over an estimated 666,967 dry tonnes. These use different denominators for the same total; they cannot be added or substituted for actual contract unit prices at each stage. Sales, funding and financing expenses remain to be entered; estimated taxes and duplicate allocations require verification.

Uses the simple average of three original report results; the consistent dry-basis premise and 85% recovery rate both require validation. The 10 additional testing records are excluded from this model; actual processing, gold output, sales and collections are verified separately.

This page no longer uses Mine No. 1's previous calculation of 800 kilograms of gold, RMB 550/dry tonne costs and RMB 415 million balance. Construction of RMB 12 million and cash intermediary fees of RMB 3 million are budgeted separately and are not added again to the RMB 432 million cost until their coverage relationship is confirmed.

TAILINGS VALUE / Integrated residual-tailings utilization

Beyond gold: three expected residual-tailings income sources

The following project-party expectations have been added for Project No. 1 Danzhai. The measurement basis is standardized asRMB/residual-tailings tonne, listed separately from the core gold business estimates. Applicability to this project will be determined using this mine's policy, testing, process and sales documentation.

Government subsidies

30~200 RMB/residual-tailings tonne

Sponsor-expected income contribution, using the sponsor's gross-profit terminology. Applicable policies, compliant throughput, approvals and actual receipts require mine-specific verification and cannot be treated as approved subsidies.

Processing residual-tailings solid waste into floor tiles

500~1,000 RMB/residual-tailings tonne

Measured in residual-tailings tonnes lawfully usable for processing. Formulation, tailings blending ratio, finished yield, product testing, processing costs and real sales require validation; residual-tailings tonnes cannot be treated directly as finished tile tonnes.

Recovery of other precious metals

400~1,000 RMB/residual-tailings tonne

Sponsor expectations excluding the core gold business. Metal types, content, recoverability, processing and settlement costs require validation; reconcile with gold income and floor-tile feedstock destinations to avoid double-counting.

Source: On 2026.10.06, the sponsor provided the ranges above and confirmed residual-tailings tonnes as the measurement base. This shows expected gross profit contributions, not realized revenue, net profit or investor distributions. Government subsidies' financial classification and project gross-profit definitions require separate confirmation.

In the calculation, each expected contribution =Actual residual-tailings tonnes meeting this item's conditions × mine-verified unit return. Each revenue stream may have different eligible volumes and cost scopes. Do not assume all residual tailings qualify, directly add the ranges, or multiply them by the 1 million tonnes of feedstock. Residual-tailings volumes must be supported by actual processing, moisture and material-balance records.

The three items above are currently excluded from the existing gold scenario model and proposed dividend pool. Inclusion in contractual profit requires checking this project's rights scope, cost deductions, taxes, collections and dedicated agreements.

PROJECT UPDATE / PPT last-page supplement

Latest progress and planned use of profits for Mine No. 1

Page 34 of the project party's latest PPT states that Mine No. 1 has entered trial production with gold output and plans to close investment entry at the end of October 2026. These are the project party's latest statements and arrangements; actual feed, gold output, sales and receipts await disclosure. Investment availability is subject to formally confirmed information.

Project-party proposed ratiosProposed usesConditions to implement
40%Investment institution dividend pool, proposed monthly distributionsBased on agreement-determined profit, effective institutional rights and distributable cash, not fixed monthly returns
40%Initially for a new 1,500-tonne/day production line; after completion, proposed investment in a private placement by a US-listed gold companyLine budgets, construction progress, issuing entity, eligibility for a private placement, price and approvals require specific confirmation
20%Reserve for subsequent developmentExcluded from this period's institutional distributions; use and retention follow formal financial and governance arrangements

These are proposed uses of Mine No. 1's overall profit after costs. They cannot be treated as an effective dividend commitment; whether non-gold residual-tailings income belongs in the same profit scope still requires agreement confirmation.

“The No. 1 tailings are expected to enter a US-listed gold company at a value of at least 50 million” is the project sponsor's planning statement. The currency, valuation basis, issuing entity, contribution or investment method and transaction terms require verification. It does not currently confirm a completed valuation, listed-company transaction or transfer of interests.
