Research on Xingren first-phase scope and implementation conditions
PROJECT MATERIAL SNAPSHOT / Project material snapshot
Distinguish the approximately 3 million wet tonnes in the entire stockpile, phase one's 1 million wet tonnes and subsequent quantities, retaining phase-one budgets and verification items.
This page preserves the project's website research basis as of 2026-10-05. Source version: 2026.09.30; website archive date and original source dates are listed separately. Parameters, proposed arrangements and conditions requiring verification retain their wording at the time of archiving.
01 / Phase-one development, separate accounting
01 / FIRST PHASE BASIS First-phase development, accounted for separately. This funding round's budget and operating scenarios cover only the first 1 million wet tonnes. Total stockpile size is shown as reported by the project sponsor; actual contracts and mine-specific validation remain outstanding.
Proposed phase-one mine-supply commitment 1 million wet tonnes Phase-one contracted quantity Boundaries and ownership require verification Phase-one minimum delivery basis 700,000 dry tonnes Proposed PPT delivery arrangements Actual processing quantities recorded separately Chenzhou supporting production line design capacity 1,500 dry tonnes/day Proposed line target Subject to construction and operating validation Proposed phase-one fundraising RMB 40 million Complete phase-one budget Includes RMB 5 million mine-supply commitment payment
First establish the first-phase contract scope. First-phase income research applies only to this contract's ore volume. The subsequent approximately 2 million wet tonnes require separate ore commitments, investment and accounting, are excluded from this round's budget and do not automatically form part of this round's cooperation rights. Validate using Xingren-specific records. Gold output of 0.8 grams/wet tonne, total costs of RMB 550/dry tonne and the resulting 800 kilograms of gold are all first-phase scenario assumptions. Testing, trial-production, continuous-operation and sales-collection records will replace these assumptions individually.

02 / 3 million tonnes of resources, 1 million tonnes in phase one
02 / RESOURCE & CONTRACT SCOPE 3 million tonnes of resources, 1 million tonnes in phase one Define the development scope before interpreting budgets and calculations. The three figures describe quantity relationships; actual mine boundaries are subject to formal contract documentation.
01 / TOTAL RESOURCE Total stockpile resources: approximately 3 million wet tonnes. Size proposed by the project sponsor; requires verification of ownership, surveys and resource data. 02 / CURRENT PHASE First-phase development in this round: 1 million wet tonnes. Scope covered by the RMB 40 million budget, with minimum delivery of 700,000 dry tonnes. 03 / SEPARATE PHASE Remaining subsequent volume: approximately 2 million wet tonnes. Separate ore-supply commitments, investment and accounting; subsequent development conditions to be confirmed separately.
First phase: 1 million · Scope of this round's research Subsequent approximately 2 million · Separate investment and accounting
Quantity relationship illustration / Not an actual map of the tailings storage facility · Do not scale first-phase revenue or returns to 3 million wet tonnes.
Source basis: PPT pages 3, 8, 10 and 23. The RMB 5 million phase-one mine-supply commitment payment is included in the proposed RMB 40 million phase-one funding and credited against feedstock payments under the contract to avoid double counting.
03 / Six budget uses for the first-phase RMB 40 million
05 / CAPITAL USE Six budget categories for the RMB 40 million phase-one investment From the budget chart on PPT page 10. Reconcile top-level categories, actual payments and funding required before the first cash collection separately.
Proposed first-phase budget / RMB 40 million. First-phase ore securing, supporting Chenzhou production line, operating funds and channel costs are included in the total. This budget excludes subsequent development of the remaining approximately 2 million wet tonnes. Ore-securing payments credited against raw material payments under the contract are not counted again as costs. Cost boundaries between construction investment and total operating costs require further checking. First-phase ore securing: RMB 5 million, 12.5%, proposed to secure 1 million wet tonnes, included in RMB 40 million and creditable against raw material payments under the contract; delivery and collection/transport deadlines remain to be finalized. New production line: RMB 15 million, 37.5%, proposed supporting Chenzhou line designed for 1,500 dry tonnes/day; site, equipment, engineering and mine-specific line configuration remain to be finalized. Financing intermediary commission: RMB 8 million, 20%, an overall project budget item confirmed against actual funds received, service records and commercial agreements, included in RMB 40 million. Total operating funds: RMB 5 million, 12.5%, with construction and operating working capital arranged separately; needs before the first collection must be coordinated through staged budgets. Hospitality and consulting fees: RMB 4 million, 10%, retaining the PPT's primary budget category; specific services, payment milestones and expense evidence remain to be supplied. Reserve: RMB 3 million, 7.5%, retaining the PPT's primary budget category; drawdown conditions and funding approvals remain to be clarified. Total budget / 100%: RMB 40 million.
Source basis: PPT pages 8–10 and 23. The financing intermediation commission is a total project budget of RMB 8 million, confirmed according to actual funds received and services provided; specific payments and taxes are subject to the agreement.
04 / Continue validation using this project's own materials
07 / PROJECT EVIDENCE Continue validation using this project's records. Explain arrangements already stated in the sources separately from matters requiring verification. Update research assessments after testing, engineering and operating records are established.
01 Phase-one scope and mine-supply ownership The project party states approximately 3 million wet tonnes across the entire stockpile, with 1 million in this phase and minimum delivery of 700,000 dry tonnes; the proposed mine-supply entity is Guizhou Huiyuan Trading Co., Ltd. Verify phase-one contract scope, mine-supply ownership and authorization, delivered tonnage, quality and extraction/transport deadlines; the remaining approximately 2 million tonnes require separate supply commitments, investment and accounting. 02 Mine-specific testing and trial production Gold output of 0.8 g/wet tonne and cost of RMB 550/dry tonne are phase-one assumptions; actual mine-specific testing, trial-production and cost records have not yet been provided. Obtain representative sampling, testing and trial-production materials to validate wet-to-dry tonnage relationships, process recovery, continuous throughput and sales collections. 03 Drying, transfer and logistics Drying and transfer are proposed near Xingren, followed by shipment of dry tonnes to Chenzhou for processing; the current route is a directional city-level illustration. Verify site and processing approvals, logistics contracts, freight rates, receiving plant and batch records of wet/dry tonnes, and coordinate transportation and feed supply. 04 Supporting production line and construction A 1,500-dry-tonne/day line is proposed at Chenzhou with a budget of RMB 15 million; preparation and construction are planned to take approximately 3 months after funding arrives. Check equipment, supporting facilities, construction progress, acceptance and mine-specific production configuration; confirm actual capacity through trial-operation records. 05 Use of funds and contract terms The proposed phase-one budget of RMB 40 million has six categories, including the initial mine-supply commitment payment; cooperation terms for this mine await formal documents. Complete phased budgets, expense allocation and formal agreements; confirm financing authorization, cooperating entities and separate phase-one accounting, without treating proposed terms as effective. 06 Operations and cash collections The PPT proposes monthly summaries of processing, gold output, sales, collections, costs and cumulative distributions; operating fields for this mine are currently blank. Establish supporting documents and separate phase-one records, confirm the start date and conditions for distributable cash, then update the research; disclose subsequent mine quantities separately.
