Research on securing Anhua ore supply and building a new production line
PROJECT MATERIAL SNAPSHOT / Project material snapshot
Retain the material definitions for this round's proposed ore commitments, new production line and startup budget; the webpage location was corrected on October 13, 2026 to Anhua, Yiyang, Hunan, consistent with the originals.
This page retains the project webpage's definitions as of 2026-10-05. Material version: 2026.09 / Anhua, Yiyang, Hunan; web archive date and original material date are listed separately. Parameters, proposed arrangements and conditions requiring verification retain their wording at the time of archiving.
01 / Securing ore supply and building a separate new production line
01 / PROJECT BASIS Mine supply secured and a separate new production line Project No. 3 is researched independently based on the contracted quantity for this round. Current materials are a discussion proposal; original mine-supply documents, mine-specific testing and trial-production materials remain to be provided.
Proposed mine-supply quantity this round 1 million wet tonnes Proposed resource scope Contract and ownership require verification Proposed minimum delivery basis 700,000 dry tonnes As set out in the PPT delivery arrangements To be established in formal mine-supply contracts New production line design capacity 1,500 dry tonnes/day Design target Subject to construction, acceptance and operating validation Proposed total startup funding RMB 40 million Complete RMB budget Mine-supply commitments, construction and operations to be coordinated separately
Replace preliminary assumptions with mine-specific validation Gold output, dry-tonne ratio, total costs and throughput all affect operating results. The PPT's 0.8 g/wet tonne, RMB 550/dry tonne and 800 kg gold quantity are scenario assumptions requiring testing and trial-production validation at the Anhua project itself. Overall startup and separate accounting This project plans a separate new 1,500-dry-tonne/day line. Mine supply, financing, construction and operating records are organized around this contracted quantity; formal implementation requires funding and project startup conditions to be fulfilled.
Materials and numbering basis: currently Mine No. 3 Anhua, Yiyang, Hunan, renumbered on October 13, 2026. The original PPT's location is Anhua, Yiyang, Hunan and retains its original “No. 2” title and content; project parameters and material attribution remain aligned, pending verification against formal materials and mine-specific records.
Material basis: “No. 2 Gold Tailings Project Financing Intermediary Cooperation Proposal” (2026.09), pages 8, 9, 11, 21 and 23.
02 / Six budget uses for RMB 40 million
04 / CAPITAL USE Six budget uses for RMB 40 million, from the budget chart on PPT page 10. Primary categories, actual payments and funding needs before the first collection are reconciled separately.
Full proposed budget / RMB 40 million. Ore-securing payments, new production lines, operating funds and channel expenses are all included in the total. The budget still requires engineering and phased-funding details. Once ore-securing payments offset feedstock payments under contract, those amounts are not counted as costs again. Expense boundaries between construction investment and total operating costs require further review. Ore-securing payment: RMB 5 million, 12.5%. Proposed for securing ore supply, offsettable against feedstock payments under contract. Proposed exclusive commitment period: 3 months; formal collection and transport arrangements must cover the full project cycle. New production line: RMB 15 million, 37.5%. Design throughput: 1,500 dry tonnes/day. Equipment, engineering, supporting facilities and acceptance details remain outstanding. Financing intermediary commission: RMB 8 million, 20%. Overall project budget, confirmed against actual funds received, service records and commercial agreements, included in the RMB 40 million. General operating funds: RMB 5 million, 12.5%. Construction and operating working capital arranged separately; funding needs before first collection require phased-budget reconciliation. Hospitality and advisory fees: RMB 4 million, 10%. Retains the PPT's top-level budget heading; specific services, payment milestones and expense vouchers remain outstanding. Contingency reserve: RMB 3 million, 7.5%. Retains the PPT's top-level budget heading; drawdown conditions and funding approvals remain to be defined. Total budget / 100%: RMB 40 million.
Source basis: PPT pages 8–10 and 23. The financing intermediation commission is a total project budget of RMB 8 million, confirmed according to actual funds received and services provided; specific payments and taxes are subject to the agreement.
03 / Continue validation using this project's records
06 / PROJECT EVIDENCE Continue validation using this project's materials. Distinguish arrangements stated in source materials from items requiring verification. Update research assessments after testing, engineering and operating records become available.
01 Ore supply and ownership The PPT proposes securing 1 million wet tonnes with minimum delivery of 700,000 dry tonnes; the proposed ore supplier is Guizhou Huiyuan Trading Co., Ltd. Verify the Anhua project's ore supply contract, ownership, delivery obligations, exclusivity period and collection and transport deadlines. 02 Mine-specific testing and processes Gold output of 0.8 grams/wet tonne and costs of RMB 550/dry tonne are preliminary assumptions, pending mine-specific testing and trial production. Obtain representative sampling, testing, process trials and trial production records to replace each assumption. 03 Engineering and capacity A new 1,500-dry-tonne/day line is proposed, with construction and supporting facilities planned for approximately 3 months after funding is received. Check the equipment list, construction budget, supporting conditions, acceptance and continuous operating capability. 04 Costs and funding continuity Six primary budget categories are available; ore-securing payments may offset raw material payments under the contract. Complete staged funding budgets, cost allocations and actual payments to avoid double counting ore-securing and raw material payments. 05 Entities and cooperation The original PPT lists Defeng Solife Holdings Limited as the proposed entity for signing, receiving funds, organizing implementation and paying returns. Verify formal authorization, designated accounts and contractual relationships with mine, processing and sales entities. 06 Sales and operating records Monthly summaries of production, gold output, sales, collections, costs and cumulative distributions are proposed; current reporting fields are blank. Establish separate project records supported by testing, production, sales and collection documents before updating operating research.
